If you’re ever roaming near Atlanta, you absolutely have to promise me you'll visit the Doll’s Head Trail. It is this wonderfully bizarre, hidden path deep inside a 19th-century brickyard swamp. It is pure, gothic magic where mother nature and forgotten history collide.
What I love most is that the forest is always in motion. The whole trail is actually a living, ever-shifting folk art installation where abandoned dolls and found trash are repurposed into strange, beautiful sculptures. Between the chaotic Georgia weather, changing seasons, and creeping green vines, the landscape never looks the same twice. The exact moment I captured in this print is already gone, beautifully swallowed up by the living woods.
